Gentle Yoga : Basics & Ease
A gentle yoga class blending elements of vinyasa, kundalini, yin and other supportive styles. Classes focus on simple postures, mindful movement, breath awareness and steady pacing to support warmth, mobility and relaxation. Well suited for beginners or anyone looking for a slower & more easeful experience.
Wednesdays 5:45-6:45pm
A deeply restful class offering grounding, guided meditation, gentle reflection, and reiki. Reflection may include quiet journaling, drawing or simply noticing what arises. Perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, insight and a nurturing space to unwind.
Meditation, Reflection, & Reiki
Wednesdays 7-8pm
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy practice that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall balance. In a 30-minute chakra reading and balancing session, I assess and support the body’s energy centers to bring awareness to areas that may feel depleted or overactive. Longer 60- and 90-minute Reiki sessions offer a more immersive experience, allowing time for deeper relaxation, integration, and energetic support.
