Gentle Fusion Yoga
A gentle fusion-style class blending multiple forms of yoga in a slow, easeful flow. Somatic cues support body awareness and breath cues guide the pace and rhythm of movement, inviting a deeper reconnection to your body. Designed to support relaxation and nervous system reset. Suitable for beginners or anyone seeking a slower, more grounded experience.
Wednesdays 5:45-6:45pm
A calming class combining restorative poses, guided meditation, sound healing with gong and crystal bowls, and Reiki. Settle into supported stillness to relax the body, quiet the mind, and regulate the nervous system.A gentle, consistent practice that eases inner balance. Open to all levels.
Rest & Reiki
Wednesdays 7-8pm
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy practice that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall balance. In a 30-minute chakra reading and balancing session, I assess and support the body’s energy centers to bring awareness to areas that may feel depleted or overactive. Longer 60- and 90-minute Reiki sessions offer a more immersive experience, allowing time for deeper relaxation, integration, and energetic support.
